Goniodex is equipped with the latest “cutting edge” technology 3KW fiber laser following the latest market demands and provides high standards in quality and material process production time for cutting, penetrating, or engraving services.

For a more economic alternative Goniodex is also providing metal cutting services through punching technology. The main punching advantages are speed with multiple point penetration up to 500p/min and the ability of producing shapes by using mold technologies like (emboss, louvers, roller balls and sheet markers).

 CNC cutting is the most well-known technique of wooden surfaces cutting, penetrating, and engraving. With this method we can achieve high production percentages with respect to high quality results. We are making all these possible by using 9 different milling edges with an embedded 10 headed multi-drill and another embedded 4 headed side multi-drill.

Goniodex is equipped with the latest technology bending machines produced by Gizelis which consist of one 1,5m 4axis and one 3m 4axis bending machines with bending capability up to 5mm/3m which can provide high end quality products in high production rates.

Goniodex has the ability to shape metallic tubes with variable radius. Our 4 Axis tube bending machine is equipped with bending molds of different diameters (Φ) like: Φ16, Φ21, Φ25, Φ26, Φ28 and oval shape of 30x15.

Goniodex is one of the few companies in Greece equipped with a 6 axis wire bending machine which has the ability to bend wires with diameter from 3mm up to 7mm and produce 2D but also 3D shapes. It is a fully automated bending machine in terms of final product extraction and raw material loading which makes this machine capable of producing large quantities in a 24h basis without interruptions.

CNC metal saws are commonly used in large quantity demands of cutting round, rectangular or even parallelogram crosscut materials. This machine is capable of producing highly accurate results with the minimum metal scrap production.  It is a fully automated machine in terms of final product extraction and raw material loading which makes this machine capable of producing large quantities in a 24h basis without interruptions.

Powder coating is a dry metal paint process which equally distributes the paint on the product surface and creates a high quality flowless optical result. It is based on a chemical process which neutralizes metal in order to apply the paint and finishes by heating the product in kilns in low temperatures for 15 to 20 minutes. The powder coating paint advantages are great final optical result, hard and durable surfaces, and large color variety.
